Your Distinctly Kelowna Tours’ Team

We’re proud to introduce our team to you… we’re here to help you create memorable experiences. When you leave your tour with a big smile, we did our job well (and when even locals tell us our tour guides shared cool information about our area and wineries they didn’t even know about, we can’t help but smile too!)

Terri Metcalfe

Owner Terri Metcalfe was born here in Kelowna and raised in the Salmon Arm area. Her extended family owned property in Southeast Kelowna for as long as she can remember, so Kelowna has always been home to her.
In 1991, Terri married her best friend, Michael Metcalfe, in West Kelowna. It has been over 27 years and they have four children – now grown – and all living in the Kelowna area.
Occasionally, you will see her as a tour guide on the wine trail, but her main focus is the administrative side of Distinctly Kelowna Tours and sister company, Roots & Vines Tour Co.
When you talk with her, you will soon discover that she is passionate about this beautiful Okanagan valley and what it has to offer; the incredible views, delicious food and, of course, the wine!

Michael Metcalfe

Michael Metcalfe loves the Okanagan and is passionate about the history and roots of this area. He has worked in the hospitality industry for many years; specializing in culinary arts and wine education and loves being an ambassador of the Okanagan.
His passion for hospitality shines bright and he is thrilled to meet new people; creating memorable experiences for visitors to Kelowna and area.
Best host ever! 🙂

Berne Watters

Berne has been a tour guide with Distinctly Kelowna Tours for seven seasons.
He focuses on customer service and hospitality and the result is a fabulous experience for everyone!
During the winter months when he is not wine tour guiding, you can find him at Big White Ski Resort where he is a ski instructor.

Bryce Manske

Bryce joined Distinctly Kelowna Tours in the spring of 2016.
He has lived in every province from here to Ontario, but has settled in the most beautiful province of all – British Columbia.
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling, golfing, and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.
Bryce’s favourite part of living in the Okanagan is the spectacular view and scenery from so many vantage points.
